I was born and reared in the Mississippi Delta. I graduated from Mississippi State College for Women with a BA in English and a minor in psychology. I received a Masters Degree in Counseling and Psychology and English from Delta State University. I did post graduate work at the University of Mississippi in Latin. I taught school for 39 years and retired to pursue my love of writing and to have more time to spend with my four grandchildren. I have published one novel, a psychological thriller entitled Vengeance Is Mine. I have just finished my second novel and have begun work on my third one. I live in a small town in the Mississippi Delta with my husband and various pets.
