Born in Flint, Michigan, Gerald Griffin wrote his first short book in the 9th grade and ever since has dabbled in writing. He received his Ph.D. in psychology from Michigan State University and set up practice as a consulting psychologist in Atlanta, Georgia, unable to resist writing part-time as his busy practice permitted.
During his several years in private practice, Gerald was listed in: Who's Who in Georgia; Marquis Who's Who in the South and Southwest; Outstanding Atlantans; Personalities of America; Notable Americans; Personalities of the South; and the Dictionary of International Biography.
Then Gerald eased out of his practice and into writing full-time---non-fiction, fiction, ghost writing and screenplays, writing the published non-fiction work, THE SILENT MISERY--WHY MARRIAGES FAIL. This was followed by his three published novels, THE CORRUPTORS, THE DEATH DISCIPLE and THE LAST COMING. After this came his published non-fiction ghost written works, TRAPPED IN THE LAWYERS' DEN WITH BLOODSUCKERS and GBI AGENT.
A lover of nature, Gerald relocated from Atlanta to the more private rural city of Gainesville Georgia, his home there a quaint house high on a hill, surrounded by inspiring forest foliage not far from the waters of Lake Lanier, the forest floor a playground for the passing deer. In this setting, Gerald wrote the novel,OF GOOD AND EVIL (published by Eloquent Books in August, 2010) followed by its sequel, A TIME OF RECKONING.
Fast-moving, suspense thrillers, these two novels present some of the most enticing characters found in love-action stories from one who loves his craft.
