Jonathan Hayes is a British forensic pathologist and author living and working in New York City. He started writing for magazines, his work appearing in the New York Times, New York Magazine, GQ, Premiere, Gourmet, Food & Wine, and Martha Stewart, where he was a contributing editor. A Senior Medical Examiner, he lectures on forensics around the world, including for the New York Police Department, the National Institute of Justice and at the FBI Academy in Quantico. His first novel, Precious Blood, a serial killer story set in post-9/11 New York City, is followed by A Hard Death, out now on Random House UK.

ITW's annual celebration of the thriller world is the largest event of its kind, a meeting place for authors, readers, budding writers, and publishing industry professionals.
For 2011, we’ll be back in the heart of New York in July with the ThrillerFest conference including CraftFest and AgentFest.
ThrillerFest VI will be held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York City.
The dates will be July 6-9, 2011.
