Peter May was once Scotland's Young Journalist of the Year. After twenty years of creating and writing television drama in the UK, he gained international recognition for his series of six thrillers set in contemporary China. He is now writing the third book in his cold case series set in France, the Enzo Files. May lives in the south of France with his wife, writer Janice Hally.
